We take you through our seamless build process step by step for peace of mind when looking for the right fit for you.
1. SELECT
Choose your home design and select from stunning internal and external colour schemes which have been hand crafted by a qualified interior designer, along with any additional options from our pre-determined list.
A $3,000 initial non refundable deposit is required at this stage.
2. APPROVE
Following the initial deposit, Banksia will prepare a HIA industry standard building contract within 14 days. Your sales consultant will guide you through this process.
A 5% deposit of total contract price, less $3,000 is payable at contract signing.
3. WELCOME
Following the signing of contracts and receipt of deposit, a Banksia customer service representative will welcome you to the Banksia family. They will be your point of contact before, during and beyond the entire building process. A single point of contact, providing you with clarity throughout.
4. COMMENCEMENT
Once your finance is approved and your land is titled (if not already), Banksia will commence construction of your home. You will be kept informed throughout the building process along with access to our 24/7 client portal.
Progress payments will be as per your HIA building contract.
5. COMPLETION
Congratulations! Your home is complete. You will be given your keys and all relevant instruction manuals. A 3 month Maintenance inspection is provided along with our 25-year structural guarantee. Further peace of mind is provided with complementary 12 month, 24/7 RACV home assist.
